Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are late, we may need to cut your treatment time accordingly to ensure the next customer can start their treatment punctually.
Late Arrival
We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.
Please leave cell phones on silent or vibrate as to not to disturb your service or others.
If you book online through our website, or WhatsApp, we will contact you for your credit card authorisation.
To confirm your appointment time, La Joya – Senses Spa will charge 100% of the anticipated amount of your spa treatment/package 72 hours before the date of the booked spa treatment.
Alternatively, you can choose to place the full payment in another method prior to the time of your booked appointment.

In-house guests
Where applicable, you may charge the purchase of goods and services including spa services or products to your room during your stay. You are personally liable for the full payment of all such charges which may include any applicable service charges, duties, taxes, or tariffs. You are required to pay and settle all such charges fully upon receipt of the resort bill or during check-out.
If you choose to check out of the resort without settling your bill in full, you expressly and irrevocably authorise us to charge to your credit card, which was used at the time of check-in, provided to secure your reservation, or saved in your account (whichever is available), all charges you and your guests may have incurred including any damage or loss caused by you or your guests to the Hotel during your stay.
Visitors
All visitors of La Joya Senses Spa are expected to settle all remaining charges after the booked treatment.
Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when cancelling or changing an appointment.
We kindly ask you to provide us with at least a 48-hour (2 days ) notice for all appointment cancellations.
In the event of cancellation more than 3 times or within the stipulated cancellation time frames outlined below, 100% of the full package booked will be forfeited.
